Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Investor Pass subscription sold on nomad-geologist.com by Cuprea Resource Funds Ltd (reg. no. HE 496223, Agiou Amvrosiou 2, 8049 Paphos, Cyprus), operating as “Nomad Geologist”. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; your purchase is made from Paddle and Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply.

Free trial. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all.

Annual plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first annual charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges after the first year follow the same 14-day window.

Monthly plans. Charges for a billing month that has already started are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

How to cancel or request a refund. Use the cancellation link in any Paddle receipt email, or contact us at nomadgeo@proton.me. Refund requests can also be made directly through Paddle.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
