Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases on nomad-geologist.com, sold by Cuprea Resource Funds Ltd (reg. no. HE 496223, Agiou Amvrosiou 2, 8049 Paphos, Cyprus), operating as “Nomad Geologist”. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; your purchase is made from Paddle and Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — for any reason. This applies to all payments: monthly subscription charges, annual subscription charges, renewal charges, and the first charge after a free trial.

Free trial. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all. If you are charged after the trial, the 14-day refund window above applies to that charge.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time using the cancellation link in any Paddle receipt email or from your account page. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

How to request a refund. Use the link in any Paddle receipt email, request it directly through Paddle at paddle.net, or contact us at nomadgeo@proton.me — whichever is easiest. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
